I'm all for the tuck when it works and if it takes some tucking... I am all in. But if this tucking doesn't work out I will not be tucking happy.

That tucked in look is what concerns me as it relate to places east of 95 and including the metros. Just my common sense "analysis" based on decades of living in the region and from being on this board. I have seen this movie before to some extent. Of course I am hoping for the "best" outcome for everyone.

I have been getting storms on pretty much a daily basis. Probably the most amount of rain and storms within the last decade or so. Ironically they have been very localized. I am near the "peninsula" area of Pasadena (close to the bay). One just passed by and it dumped again today. Odd because this area seems to have been a "desert" for a long time.

I measured 50+ degrees today. It is currently rippin fatties... the road and concrete surfaces have caved. The grass, mulch, car tops, trash can lids caved long ago... even puddles are caving. A "salt truck" just drove down my road. This is redemption my friends.
