    @psuhoffman i know it might be a little early but if the Cansips is seeing a colder Canada for next winter(el nino), it could be an epic winter. Last nino--canada was a torch--next winter---we should be starting from a much better place

    1995 had a almost blizzard in Feb i remember. It wasnt that bad of a winter and we would probably take that now in a heartbeat. 91-92 was terrible
