    mod ninos will work. Ninos tend to amplify the Pacific Ridge so we would have more PNA. Jan 2016 had a tremendous PNA value......so did 2003, 2010,etc

    it was not suppose to be warm hundreds of years ago because we didnt have planes,cars and trains polluting the atmosphere. So i dont buy any historical log that there were warm winters back in the day

    on paper--this would be hard to do but models seem to show this all the time. I do believe our location is the worst in the world. Unless its a perfect scenario...we are too far east,west,north or south

    i mean right now we are closer to a Nina than a Nino lol....i would still take my chance with a neutral over another Nina but its a big ask to go from a moderate Nina to a moderate Nino in 6 months but need to escape whatever this is we are in

    the euro gives us one good run every 10 days and then then takes it away 12 hours later never to be seen again. This winter is disgusting. Worse than 01-02 by a long shot

    i remember in 2019 i think...it gave 35 inches of snow 24 hours before the storm...it was off by 28
