Quite honestly his dated map seems to be pretty correct as far as I'm concerned and I would hold. 3-6" in/around Philly then 6 -8" (or so) once you hit the burbs... 31F

Even though the radar doesn't show it, there's frz mist/drizzle in the air. Went out to see what's going on and almost fell on my ass.. 23F

You had many meltdowns/Ji's in the past...not busting. I walked in the street/sidewalks around 3pm and were wet. Recently drove toward the Montgomery Mall (202)...just wet. Checking police, nothing major...just 3. As dark approaches, of course things will get worse.

It will heat the surface more so than Dec, Jan...slowly but surely ice/snow will be harder to accumulate on surfaces. I've gone Trout fishing in late March/early April w/early temps in the 20s/30s and by the end of the day, sunburned w/a high of 45-50F.

You're older than me and if you don't know what sun angle means by now, I don't know what to tell you. Not being disrespectful. Accu weather/Weather Underground have me at 27F. Could they be off by a degree or so...sure?

I would go lower during daytime. 27F today and light drizzle and nothing. Took a stroll and everything was wet. People don't want to admit it but the sun angle is kicking in...27F currently, no ice.

Light/drizzle rain and 27F but it's not freezing on streets or pavements. Just took a walk on both, just wet. Radar looks bad W-E...things moving out.
