Another day, another utter fail. Watching showers once again evaporate into thin air as they approach from the west. The northern and southern segments once again strengthen and in-between falls apart.

It's frustrating. It's June 25 and the best we've done this year is a decaying storm with 2 claps of distant thunder and a few minutes of moderate rain a couple weeks ago. Thankfully, we did get an inch from the 2-day mid-week drizzlefest. But it literally took 36 consecutive hours to get there; we averaged about .03"/hr. For much of it, the ground remained dry under shrubs and trees. Drought relief aside, I'd just like to see some GD interesting weather. Good luck to you, tomorrow.

Not a drop the past 2 days. As soon as it goes convective, we're dry toast. Apparently, it's meteorlogically impossible to get a thunderstorm in stephens city.

Good luck. It wasn't much here. Lots of orange on radar, but nothing more than 3 rumbles of thunder and moderate rain. .39", so can't complain too much. And it's 60F at 10:30. Nice morning.
