  1. Was clear and sunny when I left to run at 5:00. By 5:20 thick ground fog swooped in. Came in so fast . Very low and will burn off much faster today .
  2. He owns the company and told me today he turned down an offer from Aiello several years ago for $175k salary a year because of how they cut corners . He said in this industry you’ve got to do everything by the book

  4. Pretty much exactly what he told me today .. literally verbatim . You won’t need oil in the mild months of Nov/ Dec/ Napril
  5. All of them . I would only need 1 outside unit . I’ve had 3 quotes .. all in same general ballpark . Even my buddy from HS can’t do much on prices.. which I get .He’ll do some of the equipment at cost .. but with 3 guys working to install .. can only do so much . These HVAC guys work their tails off.. and are compensated very well

  8. Mini splits are coming in June. So only 3 are temporary in bedrooms
  9. He said that would be quite a bit more with metal duct prices , there’s global supply chain shortages with metal ducts .. he said it’s a nightmare

  11. Looking at 16-17K for the splits. Buddy of mine from HS doing it . Said you still need oil heat in the cold winter months, but months like Nov/ Dec and April you can get away with no heat Just installed all new windows in whole house in Morch which was 14k

  15. Yes that’s why I am loving this . Dews are in mid- upper 60’s today thru Monday . That’s not high enough as 70+ is preferred but for mid Mayorch this is great

  17. Stein has serious mental issues . He can’t handle dry patterns
