  1. You can see the dry air and front coming from the north on satellite. Breaks of blue right behind it.
  2. Lol. He’s gonna lose it. His tweets are becoming more and more disturbing by the day as it gets drier
  3. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=&ved=2ahUKEwimmpCF-MnpAhXOknIEHQz_CZMQyM8BMAF6BAgJEAg&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.nbcconnecticut.com%2Fnews%2Flocal%2Fpolice-searching-for-armed-suspect-after-murder%2F2276067%2F%3Famp&usg=AOvVaw0kYLQmufZqne9Y_ZHH1hM3
  4. Yeah Brett gonna get a soaker to wash his way too late dropping of fertilizer in Still uncertainty with where the heaviest QPF placement is, as CAMs continue to vary on intensity. Utilized a blend of the 50/75th percentile of guidance along with WPC guidance. This leans closer to the ECMWF/GEM and majority of HREF members solutions, which keeps the heaviest precipitation across southern CT and RI east to the Islands. The NAM/GFS solutions keep the heaviest precipitation over RI, Cape Cod and the Islands.
  5. That model has been beyond abysmal. Ever since Dendy used it for that backdoor last Friday that ended up a warm front over Dryslot. It had 2 inches of rain here last night / today . and 40’s to NYC. Tossed
  6. Other issue that Murderer on the loose in town. He killed someone yesterday in Willington and took off on motorcycle. He was seen yesterday behind Bills Auto parts which is less than 5 minutes from here . I don’t think he’s been caught yet . Was definitely a little cautious looking for him.
  7. Dropped 4 lbs. in water from sweating on my run. Weighed in before and after. Felt so good to get dews back
  8. Yeah never any doubt about the cold front coming thru dropping temps into the 50’s late day. That was a given. I just wasn’t understanding the thought process they had of a cloudy cold 3 day weekend of 40’s to upper 50’s . Always looked to be sunny Sunday and Monday with 65-73. Very similar to mid week we just had. Some call it Coc k I believe. Muggy 5 miler this morning. Thick fog but only .01 from drizzle. Would have liked to have gotten some decent rain. It’s gotten dry quickly
  9. I think you can see what happened to the rains we were supppsed to get. That convection over NJ and Philly area stole the show. Scooter has some rule about that too
  10. What is? Everything has all the rain over E/ SE Mass to RI and CC. Not much N CT
  11. In all the irony.. Tippy and Dendy stole it. Lol
  12. Most of the Rain way north of the pike . Lol. Nothing had that. .Drizzle south . Models blow
  13. Should be clearing out towards late afternoon evening here with any light rain well south by then. Oh Nammy . Ryan >>>>> NAM
  14. He even mentioned he thought warmest temps in NE CT with clearing late in the afternoon tomorrow. I’m not convinced most of the rain ends up HFD south and west . We’ll see on that .
  15. Here’s Ryan’s forecast for CT hot off the presses.
  16. Ok. 40’s and 50’s all weekend . Good luck! We will verify Monday evening
  17. We’ll see. 65-73 inland Sunday and Warmer Monday. That’s my forecast . I know you have rain and 40’s Saturday. How about the other 2 days? For interior SNE
  18. No real disagreement there. I just think the strong sun angle negates the cooling this far west. Look at the last few days mid week. It was 65-73 inland under a hot sun
  19. Has always looked cool right at waters edge and nearly cloudless west of 495 with 70 plus . This talk of 48 and stratus down to NYC all weekend was absurd
  20. Heck of a way to run a 3 day butt banger as it’s been dubbed
  21. I’m referring to Sunday and Monday . Low 70’s and full sun . Out his way it’s probably closer to 60 and sunny , especially Sunday
