Nothing like the wind.  These are from the 2’ Jan 29 2022 (?) storm.  The first picture is in the yard which is unobstructed from the water.  The second is on the leeward side of the house.

The coast rocks for a while on the GFS.  So getting that along with the wind might be fair trade.

Am I wrong or is that kind of ugly for the SE quarter of CT/RI and SE Mass?  Looks like a lot of taint and dry slot.

If that's in the cards come Friday, I'll be cancelling my event and heading up to Pit2.  Give me a little wind with my snow.

My daughter just NW of Baltimore said they have 3.5-4.  She’s disappointed.

We need to see something now.  the recent runs that have shown events either closing off too far south or weak waves heading harmlessly off the mid-atlantic.  It appears those are oal posts for the last 24 hours.  Need to see something better than that soon.

If we don't see the system across models on the 12z fun today, I'll be REALLY doubtful anything will happen.  If nothing with tonight's 00z run, I'm putting a nail in it.

Well, the GFS shows my Saturday night event on life support.  But it gives me no reason to head to Pit2.  Need some a little bit more.

What ls LBSW?

On the upside, we can continue going for walks with no worry about slipping on ice.  Probably for at least 2 weeks. 

Heading back to Pit1 now.  If there are only 3 pages of new posts when I log back on, I'll know just to watch the game.
