Like further tick south and like CAd showing up.

Stays just underneath us to stay all snow.
Primary that far west may mean sleet for us in the east.

That was a beat down. Took Ole Miss at 11.5 in game cover. Was a little nervous but got it.

Back on 11/2 MU called for temps around +5 for December, +1 - +3 for January and then below normal for February.
Looking really good so far...
He has been spot on! He is a warminster but I got to like him for his forecasting.

I don’t need super cold. Best season was 2009-10. Not cold but many snowstorms.

Good to see the Op recognizing the upcoming pattern in early January.
Was just about to post that. Yes, great to see it respond.

Elliot has been spot on. He has not wavered at all with his predictions. and @Bubbler86 correct on the MA forum. Lots want it to snow snow snow like myself but as Elliot says we need patience. I don't have much of that but trying hard. LOL.
Everything I have read has been for winter to show up after the new year so there are many thinking the same thing.

Maytown numbers:
Rainfall yesterday: 2.05"
Rainfall since midnight: 1.41"
Total rainfall so far: 3.46"
Oh yeah...lowest barometric pressure since at least 2020 - currently sitting at 29.21" (lowest on my station which I installed in 2020)
Storm has been impressive.

The Harrisburg area averages around 6 inches of snow through the end of December.
Those maps that mitchnick posted show around 3 inches of snow near Harrisburg by 12/25.
Many of us near Harrisburg & the lower Susquehanna Valley have had around 1 inch of snow already this month.
My point is we still have a good chance to get on track with average snow by the end of the month.
I’ve had an 1.5” surpassing last years total.

Flood watches will be going up.

If we can't get snow with that look it's time to find a new hobby
Perfect look.

Pretty big disparity this morning across the area - that map shows a lot of temps in the 25-30 range in my area. My low was just 26.4
Yep. I only got down to 25F but saw teens for areas along the creek just a couple miles away.

Per ring, looks like we got around an 1” of snow overnight around Lancaster/Willow Street.

We surpassed last years total already.- 7

Best dynamics will be further east so that may explain lower totals in western sections of LSV.
