    Totally agree. Much rather be on northern fringe vs southern fringe. Southern fringe is almost always a kiss of death. .

    Drove from Selinsgrove to Lancaster that day during the height of the storm. I don’t think my girlfriend at the time could believe I could plow through that snow in a Honda Civic. .
