Bucs gifted the Packers 3 extra possessions and only have 6 points to show for it. That's not how you win in the playoffs.
Agree. Back to back 3 and outs.

I guess now we understand that when those probability maps show that we only have a 50% of three inches six days out, we don't get snow. Who'd have guessed?
Also go Rodgers. Who needs another Brady SB
Rodgers needs to win. 1 Super Bowl in his career

I don’t think that tpv is the issue. It’s behind the trough axis. It’s close but so long as it’s behind it’s not compressing that much. It’s not helping unless it dives in behind and phases though. But the bigger issue is the spacing (or lack of) between the waves off the coast and Thursday’s storm. The ridge to the west is too close also.
Glad you are back. We need you and this is your life!

GGEM surface low looks north of its 0z run, but less precipitation. Still a 3-6” event forum wide.
In this winter that would be epic.

@PivotPoint I am sorry I was harsh with you earlier. Something happened that has nothing to do with weather and I took my frustration out on you. You didn't deserve that and I am sorry. I should have explained my meteorological points without the unwarranted personal attack. IMO the representation of the high is an effect of the amplitude and latitude of the trough not a cause.
Considering you’ve spent hundreds of posts explaining what can and can’t go wrong you’ve been incredibly calm and rational. Safe to say you get a mulligan.

Let's be realistic. This is probably going to be the most important 12Z run of the season. Hopefully the servers are up to the task of handling all the incoming browser refresh commands. I have a lucky t-shirt that I used to wear all through college on clutch exams and it never let me down even once. I'm thinking about dusting it off and wearing it this weekend to skew the models in our direction.
Every run seems to be the most important run of the season.

No we needed that NS wave to not exist at all...even on the weaker solutions it presses the high pressure out and damages the thermal profile in front of the southern wave some... This time of year I thought we could survive it...we are getting really picky here...but I guess we need like totally every little thing 100% perfect to snow anymore and that little bit of NS wave out ahead damages the temps in front and allows the southern wave to cut.
At a minimum, even if we get shutout, the amount of time and resources studying and analyzing this pattern has been amazing, Hour after hour, day after day, night after night, reviewing each model run and helping break down this block and ultimately what it could or couldn’t deliver. We will always have that and no one can take that away.

Kirk Cousins has great stats but something is missing...well two things are missing but kids might be reading. My opinion Lamar has obvious above average talent and clearly is an intelligent young man but something is missing...I sometimes wonder if these QBs who were incredible runners have a hard time harnessing that skill and blending it with the arm talent. Steve Young figured it out, Cunningham went from one extreme to the other, Vick never quite got there but was close but got hurt...I don't know seems like Lamar needs to slow down the legs and speed up the arm to make himself an awesome QB. Right now he's an incredible talent but not quite there yet. I guess Mahomes is the ideal...great arm talent who can run vs great leg talent who can throw. My two cents and in case you were wondering about Kirk....no balls...sorry kids
Yet somehow received an 84M 3 year guaranteed contract from the Vikings. Terrible signing.

Lamar's biggest weakness is throwing downfield to the outside consistently. Need to do that in the NFL.
Ofc it helps to have a big bodied, physical receiver who can reliably make a contested catch. Ravens don't have one right now.
I agree- he is incredibly inconsistent in that regard. He’s made some terrible decisions. Btw, he might be the greatest running QB in history. Maybe that leads into his indecisiveness.
Stack the box and make him beat you with his arm. Go out and get him another wideout but he still is going to need to pick up his game. QBs are judged on how they perform in the playoffs- so far you have to be honest- he has not done well. 5 Ints in 4 playoff games. Can he get better? Yes. If I was a Raven fan I would still be optimistic. But until he proves otherwise, the narrative remains he’s done poorly in the playoffs.

These people don't really watch the games.
Get him an O-line that can pass block, and a legit receiver, like a Diggs, and he will be fine. With Stanley and Boyle back next season, the blocking will be better, but they need a true center and a guard that can replace Yanda. They patchworked it most of the year and made it work, but the biggest difference between this season and last was easily the drop off in O line play.
So many Lamar apologists. Yes the O line dropped off but his play in these big games has been alarming. He’s come up short 3 straight years. No one is saying give up on him yet but I need to see him do well against a very good defense in a big spot. He thinks run first all the time and still struggles in reading defenses. Until he can win the big game doubts will remain about him.

Has the arm, has the legs but not great at reading defenses which is crucial especially in the playoffs...
Agree. He’s not a guy who’s going to bring the team from behind. Phenomenal runner, accuracy as a passer is shaky. He needs to figure out defensive coverages and adjust accordingly.

For a guy that hasn’t had much support other than a backfield, he’s led the team to two seasons that are more than acceptable.
But in 4 post season games, it’s fair to say he’s been terrible in 3 of them.

Hi, new doom poster here (although today was my only day, I've been optimistic until now) Get some snow in here and it'll get better...lol I blame the 5 year warning snow drought many of us have been in. Of the last 10 years, I think the last four or five have been kinda brutal...probably accumulated frustration.
Understood and why there is a panic room thread.

It made no sense! All that accomplished was avoiding having to complete a two pointer and why would they ever expect that defense to stop Brady?
