Harvey should've taught that lesson, bad wind damage in tiny locale, known for flooding and destruction of wide area from fresh water flooding. Allison is perfect example.

Surprising lack of details given by just about any news outlet locally. Bradford county storm was destructive, lots of flattened structures. In WB township it had to at least be strong F2, structures heavily damaged, cars flipped and tossed, debris strewn all over etc.
