  1. It is, our local coroner basically had to explain the whole process bc of these rumors that they write everything down as covid for all deaths.
  2. Snow train...what’s it looking like boys? I jumped off too soon
  3. I hear you man, and you have some very valid points. I’m just frustrated by all the older people I know who are refusing them and spouting out dangerous stuff and sending it in mass email and on social media. Too much of that is negative for us as a whole. You and Phil made good points, and normally I’m against all that, but with a new pandemic... and anti vaxx issues feels like you really need to incentivize getting vaccinated.
  4. Honestly I’d be perfectly fine with that. We haven’t had a similar pandemic of something spread so easily in modern times, so things may be different for awhile.
  5. In certain cases, especially with new and virulent viruses, maybe it’s something that could be a positive. It’ll eventually be like the flu, and won’t be an every year thing to have to do.
  6. What’s wrong with getting the vaccine? Just don’t understand that whole hubbub with it’s high rate of effectiveness and lack of many reports of negative side effects. Maybe I just don’t understand it, but I received it through my employer and outside of a sore arm, went really well.
  7. I’m fine with private businesses making decisions that they feel are best. If they want to go that route, let them.
  8. Hopefully looks like things calming down some from worries of tornadoes in populated areas.
  9. Memphis cells look far less ominous than a bit ago, hopefully a sign of things dying down.
  10. Looks weakened a bit, hopefully doesn’t come back down.
  11. Anything except Texas confirmed on ground?
  12. And...the powers out again lol. I despise wind.
  13. New photos coming in slowly, showing definite serious damage.
  14. So far seems to be severe tree damage and moderate house damage but structures somewhat intact...obviously still way more to get to but hopefully it’s mainly ef 2 ish damage.
  15. I’m hoping similar to Dayton, fact it was so late that no one was in cars or away from shelter. An ef4 or 5 at night is catastrophic due to fact shelter offers little protection...but maybe if we get away with ef2/3 shelter helped some and people were able to get in best possible location to ride it out.
  16. Sounds like good warning time! Terrific to hear.
  17. Sounds like some moderate structural damage reported in Newnan.
  18. Much weaker, good news for suburbs in path.
  19. Hopefully stays weaker for larger populated areas.
