  5. I dont remember ever seeing rain coming from the north to south in a thin sliver like we have seen the last few days...yesterday it was to my east and today its to my west...a weird set up...

  19. where I live on Staten Island a west nw wind makes my area as hot as Newark NJ...w/sw winds make northern Queens hotter...N/NW winds make southern Queens hotter...

  21. All you had to do was look at the radar when you woke up and see that there wasn’t going to be much rain today…
  22. the 1960's had many days with highs in the 90's and lows in the 60's...July 4th 1965 had a high of 90 after a low of 65...very little humidity...That was the theme back then...Now 65 in the morning in July is a big deal...
