There are some that have questionable ingredients in them. But you can shop around and get some that might be more pasty on you...but can still use them and rub them in. Usually those are more organic...or kid friendly. The bottom line is that the sun has so much more risk than any sunscreen. I love the sun, but I put on block when I need to.

Just under 5” here eyeballing. Wonder if that’s even low with the wind. Thundered until 1a. Streets are a mess with lots of leaves and twigs down along with a few larger limbs. Dam good storm here. Looks like 6”+ to my south.

Thank you for your professional and mature explanation. I have various oaks. Some species certainly worse than others. I should post pics here and see what you can identify.
