If that Greenland ridging is real, that will help. Plenty cold to our north. I’m not the biggest fan of that H5 look over the west if that ridging doesn’t not occur. That’s a deep trough. We’ll need some nao help that. Luckily some of the TPV is to our north.

Yeah you can see how that would work. Gfs is a nice display of that. I share the same caveats with the euro. I just hope this time it continue its struggles.

For those wondering (I know Ray knows), that song I posted is one of the more popular jazz songs I remember from TWC during the 93-94 winter. That sounding shows sleet with OE flakes below it. In January that year, we had +SNPL from heavy OES and synoptic sleet as it was so cold in the lower levels, but torching aloft. Anyways, it's a nerd joke for some of us.
