I still have oak strings from last year in between my hood and car. A badge of honor.

My hydrangeas are in a sunny area and pop a little early. Last year they got zapped in Feb and had no blossoms.

Probably because PVD is near the water. We had days of 75-85. 98 was like 2-3 days. But agree it was a furnace those 3 days.

98-99 was sort of a Cape winter. Well...relatively speaking. They had the big 18-24" snow in Feb '99. That was also the year of the Christmas eve-eve snow in SE MA. And I'm sure Ray has this PPT saved on his laptop.....the big OES event for the S shore. Boing!
