  1. That was a great example of dynamics helping places like the cape. 6-8” of glue there.
  2. Blocking doesn’t matter with a strong mid level disturbance and associated primary.
  3. Trend has been for primary hanging on around Lake Huron which is what you don’t want.
  4. Over Lake Huron. Secondary over BOS heading due north.
  5. Nam is -1C at 975 and -2C at 950 with actually slightly colder temps over the Gulf of Maine. Some CAA a bit over the GOM certainly would be a good thing. That high is the reason.
  6. Ideally it gets going overnight. Definitely cold in the 925-850 layer.
  7. Track wise 12z nam is nice, but it needs to get much more meaty with the CCB.
  8. 6z EPS looks like it has a lot of members like 00z op.
  9. You also need deep lift through DGZ this time of year. Euro gets slotty S and E of Dave at times.
  10. Height falls don’t help keeping low level cold. Euro op would be decent for Dave though I guess.
  11. The Icon is another way to get a good event with how it rapidly intensifies as it gets close to Chatham. Euro op was good for Berks and Monads. Probably better for Kevin vs Ray.
  12. For an ensemble mean that far out that’s impressive.
  13. Euro op pretty mild at 925 into srn NH. You need this thing much further south.
  14. The last two winters here should be a major reminder of that lol.
  15. That’s just snow depth. I feel like it almost shows what would fall and compact at 10:1.
