    Probably being conservative for now. 48 hrs+ out is pretty good for a watch.

    A couple of more days to solidify something 280 hours out. WTF. This field is getting stupid now.

    I think it may be tough to scour out the cold there? Truthfully, I'm not totally familiar with the wind climo there. If you can get into the 50s, probably gusts 35-40.

    I think the impact is more for traveling vs anything like 2008. That won't happen, but slippery travel could.

    Yeah we shouldn't overlook that aspect of this whole thing. Could get quite icy in ORH county and even interior NE MA.

    Even at 1 mixes to 57kts or so. Didn't even to 10 lol.

    GFS Bufkit is wild at BOS and PYM. Sometimes GFS can overdue mixing, but holy crap those winds at 925. I think the key is to keep the showery stuff west because rain will hep stabilize the atmosphere. Sometimes the squall line can force a strong gust or two...but many times the best winds are preceded ahead of the line.

    It’s beyond tiresome at this point.

    I’m just hoping to get something in around the holidays vs having another December skunked. Feels especially worse not cashing in when we had a good airmass for the first week.

    Ensembles were ok. Definitely some volatility in that timeframe. It has that look of gettknt something in with a well timed s/w. At least we have some highs building in at times. We blow Wednesday.
