    6z GEFS have a decent look. Low really intensifies offshore (albeit a little too far east) and high does not retreat.

    Would rather the gfs, but 6z kind of made a step to euro. Really need the offshore low to blow up otherwise it’s a little mild for eastern areas.

    Euro has a strong s/w with a stronger parent low initially, but that leads to a nipple low into SNE. Need to see the parent low weaker and dig this a bit more south. GFS is weaker, but doesn’t get going until well offshore. Energy is more disjointed on GFS.

    I think it was Wunderground that let you augment the URL to get the old obs from that place, but not anymore. I feel like the obs are buried now. Have no idea how to retrieve them.

    There was a lot of woods surrounding that place. Relatively elevated, but sort of a plateau. It’s now a massive area of various types of housing and sports complexes. All that’s left are some decaying runways and the ATC towers.

    Bit of a breeze here off the water. Was dropping into lower 20s now up to 25. Couple of miles away to the south it’s in the teens.

    This run will be garbage. Energy hanging down anoutj and nrn stream isn’t digging.

    31.5 for the high. Coolest yet this season.

    Yeah. I suppose the high could retreat or the primary is too strong, but it’s one of the more legit airmasses we’ve seen surrounding a potential event. Thats the thing. It does not need to be 504 thicknesses to snow. A good high to the north and decent antecedent airmass will work.

    I killed the clipper earlier this month by starting her up. Soon as I started the thing up it went to Montreal.
