  1. Some points I see that argue for some snow, are a lazy and baggy baroclinic zone shown by the thicknesses and especially on the MSLP charts. Cold air isn't in a rush to come in. The tendency for 500mb ridging to be a tad stronger than modeled last 10 years or so, and the s/w is pretty far north which argues for a sloped baroclinic zone from SE-NW and some frontogenesis well NW of the low center. Of course we are still sort of on the edge and we haven't had much go in our favor..but it's something to watch at 100 hrs out.
  2. Some members of the EPS towards day 9 or so have something lurking off the coast. Something to watch in case the right s/w came pivoting south despite the Daytona 500(mb) running up the east coast.
  3. Some timing differences but Canadian and gfs have something at that time.
  4. These things have the look at one of those SW-NE oriented fronto bands. Just a matter of whether it's over the region, or offshore.
  5. C-1" tomorrow night for South coast? Maybe some measurable elsewhere in other spots. Could be lots of coatings to half inch or so across the region. I know, boring...but just saying.
  6. You're a funny guy Dryslot, I like you. That's why I'm going to kill you last.
  7. Ticks need a nuclear bomb to get knocked down.
  8. Yeah it has a mid level warmth bias along with a radiation issue where surface temps are too cold.
  9. You just have to understand the KFS and know how to use it. It has its biases and generally take 1/3 off the amounts.
  10. Kind of a mid level magic look. Shortwave was going negative.
  11. Gfs might try to deliver Sunday night
  12. EPS showing some more precip in the 11-15 day as we battle with the WAR.
  13. A lot of drugs and alcohol in here today.
  14. The euro op is a light event for both Sunday night and Monday, and also on the 23rd.
