    Right. It looked somewhat promising early then poof. Only thing I see as a difference later on is the qpf shield is about 100-150 further NW at 78 hour

    That doesn’t answer the question. If there was more interaction early on or a positive in terms of leaving less energy behind in the SW that would be a plus and that’s all I would take from the NAM at this point until tomorrow night.

    Again looking at NAM past 48 is useless. Question is was there any notable changes in those early hours that could make a difference

    When looking at NAM looking early in run for any positives is the best. Remember sampling will only get better from tonight into tomorrow.

    Didn’t realize it only being Tuesday and the storm would be Saturday is delusional…. Everything isn’t fully sampled until 12z tomorrow. im sure you said the same thing 2 days prior to 2010 as well as 1996.

    Yeah that’s where I see this heading. What we see today is it final that’s for sure. Northern stream should be fully sampled tonight/early tomorrow and if we can just speed up the southern a tick it’s game on. All it will take is a few hours different

    Yes produce but I’d favor against the massive totals the GFs was showing. Prob more in the 3-6/4-8 try range is just my gut feeling

    Hello neighbor! Right can’t count on a Boxing Day situation however it’s only Tuesday so still plenty of time for some favorable trending. I’d take a moderate snowfall if anything. Red flag to me is seeing many EPS members NW!

    What is the lowest possible pressure in the gulf? I remember seeing information a while back that showed this.
