    You should have had the Tstorm we had last night. Mega gust front then prolific lightning, rolling thunder so loud it shook the house along with white out rain. Best Tstorm in years. My best Tstorms alway roll in off the ocean. I believe we were severe warned but so many warnings were flying at 2 AM I am not sure

    There was a story several years back of a 11 year old kid who was swept into a drain in LA that emptied into the Ocean, he survived a 3 mile drain pipe ride totally unharmed. Wheeee. Best water slide ever

    How do you know that? I think I gusted 50 plus in that severe Tstorm. If you look at the Euro winds there was a supercell that followed a path. Just too far north, instead of Cape Ann it was the Cape. Multiple reports of 50s on the south coast as well.

    We discussed this earlier . I still believe Tropical Storm Warnings should have gone out. That would have gotten everyone's attention. Then the Governors could have banned travel. Flooded houses and deaths well that is horrible. No answer for that
