  1. The number #1 reason NOT to move to Australia.
  2. I mean what could be worse than spiders that give birth to live young? Even Alligators and Crocodiles hatch from eggs I am pretty sure.
  3. No. That's a catching spider. It just catches and kills. No fishing required.
  4. I believe you dude. Its climate change . They're coming up from the mid Atlantic and NYC area where they're really common in rural areas.
  5. I think those are the kind that if you kill them pregnant millions of little alive spiders come out and run all over the house.
  6. Omg in the house!! No No No. Your poor wife. I cannot even imagine the terror.
  7. Mother of God, where is that thing? This is where I would order like a million big centipedes.
  8. Yeah I guess it was legit. After the downpours it went down to 65 but spiked back into the low 70s before falling off overnight
  9. I think the 89 at cef is suspicious....only feels like 83-84 outside
  10. Yesterday's wind was impressive in the afternoon but just a few sprinkles with it. Nice cool breezy morning. Gotta cherish them before they're gone. You guys had two nice days this week so no one should be unhappy. Tomorrow and beyond look pretty darn good too...what a difference a week makes!
  11. Plus one inch Saturday morning gives us 23 inches for the season...final.
  12. I'm rooting for you man big time. I hope you crush it with a foot or foot plus up there!
  13. We just had a nice burst. It only lasted about 15 minutes but all road surfaces became snow covered and slippery and the temperature tanked to 31f. Elevated surfaces have up to an inch of accumulation. This should be pretty big in a few favored places anyway.
  14. Took the dog out around 3am and it was steady light snow with the grass and car tops frosted but now its just mostly cloudy and melted but still was cool to see on 4/11
  15. Well who knew the heaviest snow of the season, if only for a few minutes, would fall on April 8 th.....
  16. Some nice sleet mixed with the rain....38
  17. Who needs that kind of excitement
  18. B-....seasonably chilly and the snow and ice we did get stuck around for awhile. Logged 31 days snow cover here in death valley for only 22 inches. A handful of very cold mornings. Once again way below normal in snowfall with no storm exceeding 4 inches.
  19. Love that song. I hear it every weekend on 104.1 90s alt rock rewind.....April is usually okay in the valley here. Lots of downslope dandys.
  20. A few flurries. At least I can say I saw snow flakes on 3/24/25
  21. Those poor people down south. The southeast tornadoes almost take on demonic characteristics. Terrain issues, rain wrapped, often nocturnal and so often hit folks who have so little to begin with . May God watch over those folks.
  22. Agree 100 percent man. For some strange reason I didn't think they'd mess with weather.
  23. Yeah its that April weather you guys love so much this morning. Some crazy strong wording regarding the TOR/SVR forecast mentioning F4 and possibly stronger?? Wow
  24. It seemed like it sleeted forever in that event. I still had a solid foot where I lived on the Bristol/Farmington line. If it had really developed like earlier runs showed and buried the northern mid Atlantic through southern and South Central New England it would have been historic
  25. Still holding out hope for a late winter/early spring miracle before I put a final grade on the winter.
