  1. And if I were working, I'd have driven right through that. I've been off all week. My wife had a stroke Sunday afternoon and has been in the hospital since then. It was fairly mild, only affecting her right leg, but her weakness is enough that she needs to go to a rehab facility for a week or two.
  2. Just perused the models, and the meso's all seem to fringe me again later. Some of them give SCPA a decent hit, but not up/over here. Only the FV3 Hi-Res gives me anything good.
  3. We'll see. This afternoon's festivities will tell the tale...lol
  4. And every one of them circled around Tamaqua giving us a fringe job. Amazing.
  5. Nice 5am wake up call this morning. Scattered storms around eastern Schuylkill this am. One loud crack here, but now some heavy rain...
  6. I don't want to flirt with it, I want a full on affair with it...lol
  7. Aren't these things capable of ending up tracking up to a couple hundred miles off of general modeled concensus?
  8. Not so much up here. We're very different from MDT.
  9. I'm having convulsions just seeing that map. God help me if it verifies.
  10. Are we ever going to have an f-ing summer???
  11. Radar isn't vary impressive at the moment. When are the storms expected to form/arrive?
  12. I remember that. Some of those storms caused wind damage as well, as I remember seeing some decent carnage, especially between Elizabethville and Berrysburg.
  13. We are partly sunny here in Tamaqua right now. The temp is slow to rise, though, as I'm still sitting at 59 degrees after a morning low of 52.
  14. Sprinkles were all we got, but I'm digging this overcast. It's making for an enjoyable afternoon at the ball field.
  15. Hoping for little to no rain today. My oldest grandson is on the legion baseball team and he has a doubleheader starting at 2pm. Right now we're getting some sprinkles, so I hope that's the extent of our rain today.
  16. 50.2 for me. I stayed barely above the threshold...lol
  17. It's whipping the trees around pretty good, and sometime between my ride to the well for a load and back to Sunbury, a large branch fell across route 147 north of Herndon. It was already cleared off, but parts of it were on both sides of the road.
  18. I'm surprised no one's talking about the wind. Seems pretty strong today.
  19. If I had those powers, I'd certainly use them!
  20. Starting this thread must have reversed it...lol
  21. One season at a time there big guy...
  22. Adding tomorrow into the mix, it's indicating 1.5 to 3 inches possible for my backyard. That's on top of the .77" I got last night. Looking at potentially close to 4 inches from the 2 events.
  23. No. That only applies to severe weather. Plain old synoptic rain is immune to the split...lol
