Overall, the average September temperature has been increasing. The current 10- and 30-year periods are the warmest on record for both the month as a whole and for the September 16-30 period.

Looks like by Friday we are at 91 days of 90 or higher temps which will break that nasty record.  Wow

Another day another record.  94 on tap today for ATL.  

11:50am and already tied the record high for the day of 91.  Wow

Forecast to break five record highs this week.  Miserable hell continues 

ATL is +8.3 for the month.  Has to be a record warmest.  Can’t seem to find the records. 

Severe drought taking hold 

KATL Smashed the record high of 90 with a 95.  Record of 102 in Macon, and 100 in Columbus.  God make it stop.  We are also setting record low minimum temps at night. 

Tied for hottest 1/1 - 9/22 for KATL.  Wow

Front came through here.  First taste of fall.  Headed for around 58-60 tonight and tomorrow night!  Loving it 

98 in Atlanta and 103 in Macon.  Both records for the date.

98 today.  We have been busting high by a few degrees each day this week.  Brutal. 

97 so far today at ATL.  Maybe we overachieve and hit 100 today.  Already a new record for the date with that 97

third record in a row.  97, 98, 99 last three days.  Doesn’t count the 99 the other day that didn’t break a record.

Correction.  Hit 98 yesterday for a new record high.  Already posted 94 so far this afternoon headed to 96-98.

Some ugly upper 90’s to 100 temps all over north GA.  Bleh,  good god please help.
