I recall an early 1990s storm like that when I was in Newport RI. Maybe 1992 or so? Constant strobing.

Not sure how "fine" the weekend looks. Euro (0z) has me gettting close to 1.5" precip by 0z Monday. Some breaks, and I tend to find the maps a bit overdone...

Great weather today. But summer is still my third favorite season.

Managed a high of 79.3 at 2 nearby PWS Davis sites. A decent 38 degree delta At work in Plasticville, it was probably 85 or so Torchy. My allergies are appreciating this weather.
