  1. For me I mostly see local stuff, travel, Disney, food, pets etc. very little political stuff other than from a couple of friends.

  3. I don’t see too much Covid talk anymore on FB. Twitter is an entirely different story.
  4. My work life might certainly be affected, and my wife’s and my daughter’s schooling. Hoping for the best. As Whineminster (and others) have mentioned, hopefully this is a minor “surge” and it dies off soon.

  6. To be fair, it had to run on hardware that had a total of 48kb of RAM. The file I downloaded for the XBox version was 97GB and it uses something like 8 petabytes of files on the cloud.

  10. On a non Covid related note... Anyone a fan of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020? It will be available on XBox Series X/S starting next week (I’ve already downloaded it but can’t use it until 7/27). Wondering how well it performs using an XBox controller

  15. Speaking of Maine and paper mills, did they ever re open the one that blew up a couple of years ago? edit. It happened last April and they did not rebuild the digester. Laid off 150 or so workers.

  17. Ayer is one of those towns where values are sneakily rising without people noticing too much. Good location. Rte 2& 495 right there. A hospital. Devens is growing. Commuter rail as you mentioned. You could make out well.

  19. Some of the newer Volvos are intriguing. Def not the ones of yore. Their parent company has def found a niche with them.
