I’ve been a Sox fan since 1975, but I didn’t know the game very well then. My first trip to Fenway was 1978. Dewey Evans got beaned, Mike Torres sucked, Rice homered, and we won on a walkoff double deep to center by Butch Hobson. My dad almost caught the ball leaning over the wall. Tickets were $2 I was born and raised in Foxboro so I almost had to be a Pats fan. Even when they sucked.

How many of these losses would you pin on the manager? I’m sure several. But right now they don’t have a lot to work with.

Before the season I thought they would be a 72-75 win team. They only need 12 more wins to hit that.

That was a good win. I know NY is struggling but to be down 4-0 and no hits to a 5-4 win is awesome.

Yeah. The hose is no biggie. I just need to get the new one and drain the pool to the level of the opening then replace and refill then balance etc. Your problem is a bit bigger
