A little after we bought our house we were informed that it was not on a public road (our mistake). The person who built the houses had been paying for plowing but was stopping. We then had to band together and hire a plow until we figured out how to get it approved as a town road. The whole process sucked. Some neighbors refused to pay for the plow but we had to get it plowed. The town dragged their feet. it eventually worked out but oof. I don’t envy you

Winds kept blowing through the house slamming doors in the middle of the night, rattling blinds. It was rather annoying

Magic? I don’t really know but it does radiate well here. But it’s not really colder here than surrounding towns most of the time.

A little lower than surrounding hills but not much difference. There is a ridge about 200’ higher (250?) sorta near me. But it is somewhat flat.

71F here and windy. Sun finally out. We went to Leominster for a bit and saw 76F on Rte 2. This is great! Off to Oakholm in a bit. Lots of yellowjackets out there I’m told
