  1. GFS qpf of 0.75” even out this way.
  2. We get C-130s in 2s or 3s pretty routinely. They head towards a beacon in Templeton and loop around Wachusett I guess. Neat to see but the C5s are special
  3. I think (for my area at the time (Foxboro)) it was virtually impossible to get a good measurement due to the long duration winds. Our VW microbus was completely buried though
  4. As I was leaving my Springfield training last week it was very cold to see a couple of very low flying C-5As or whatever they are called. Those are biggley
  5. I still watching for the messenger shuffle on those high res models. Hoping that doesn’t happen
  6. My mother in law still has a bunch of those she uses regularly. She’s 90 A couple of years ago we partially cleaned out her garage and cellar. We got rid of a few and she had some still in plastic wrapping that had never been opened /used
  7. Good luck forecasting using the models this week
  8. Sitting on the screen porch doing a Zoom training in my hoodie.
  9. 52.0F low. Pools cryin’ for their mommas
  10. But I have to say, the local corn this year is incredibly good. Does dry weather help it?
  11. Not quite as dry here as it was in 2016, but south and east of here it is a different world. My god Scott. That looks terrible.
  12. We will all sit back and laugh at this when the epic December rains come
  13. We were hiking Wachusett this morning and some of the leaf litter and falling leaves made it look like late September. Mostly birches
  14. 49.5F morning low. Been a while since that happened. Good weather for a hike. 2 weeks of warm would be great. After that I would like to order some BN
  15. This one is very comfortable. As mentioned, the arms hold a beverage well unless the dog’s tail hits it.
  16. 52F for my morning low. Hoodie on
  17. Our son built a nice one when he was in high school. (He was in the carpentry trade thing). Super comfortable. We have a few plastic ones for the pool deck and fire pit. I want some more permanent ones
  18. I watered once a few weeks ago. My lawn is ugly but not really so much from being burnt out. I don’t spend much time or money on it. I did have to add some water to the pool in July but that was only for an hour or so. Our well is pretty deep.
  19. 73/52 here attm. Wish it was a bit warmer
  20. For teachers, August is one big Sunday night.
