Loaf was amazing today 18". They opened the snowfields. My brother has been here 30 times and it was his first time seeing it open. Biggest crowd I've seen there and king pine lift was down all day. I've learned years ago I can't be trusted with over fertilizing with Lesco. I end up with a superfund site of burnt grass. We went with an "all natural" company called Natural lawn of America for years. They suck. I've had the worst lawn since I started using them. This year I'm switching it up to a local guy. He comes in a truck with a skull and crossbones on the side (not true). He actually demands access to your irrigation system (true). He's learned over the years everyone overwaters at the wrong time and then blames the fertilizer guy. Looking forward to the fairways of Augusta national this year in the front yard.

Thats the cross country! I've had so many people stop me who were old volvo owners and say how much they love the prancing moose. The car had Pirelli "all seasons" that were scary as hell in the snow. Added Continental Viking Contact 7 snows and its a beast.

First weekend at Sugarloaf. Absolutely in love. Everyone there is super nice and for the most part excellent skiers. Extremely cold Sunday but no wind. Excellent conditions. Felt like I was chasing the snow up but heard Sunday River had more. Took me 7 hours to get there from Boston on Friday with one stop to pick someone up in Portland.

Great news for ski areas.

DOTs are use it or lose it for their budgets next year. They'll be out sanding and salting like the hammers of hell for any minor event from here on out.

I have a lawn treatment service now. This used to be a bad grub area. There's some old lawn in there from the previous owner but all of my new lawn was seeded with lesco sun & shade park. I changed the irrigation to 5am now.
