    Went for a 10 mile hike on the AT today from my house. The temp stayed in the 50s all day. Leaf color above 5000' varies widely, from some really nice colorful areas to bare trees. Currently socked in with fog and 53. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

    Yup...me too. I went through a direct hit from a tornado in North Texas when I was 6. I went through the eyewall of Hugo in Sumter, SC when I was 9. Neither one traumatized me like Helene. I'm rebuilding a house on the Nolichucky next to a memorial for an entire family. I hope we never experience anything like Helene again. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk
