    I saw a couple of pileus clouds this evening over Mitchell/Avery County. The updraft died off, but it left a really nice lenticular. Also, the color is really starting to pop around here. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

    It was a cool and windy first evening of fall. The wind was sustained at 20 or better the entire evening. Visibility was great. You could see LeConte, Clingmans and Lake Douglas to the west and SW and Table Rock/Hawksbill, Grandfather and Roan to the east. Great night to camp at 5400'! Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk
