Weenie question but when we talk about "wavelengths" shortening what does this mean in terms of what you are looking for on a model?

I wonder the same thing, I know Will mentions it a lot but not sure how to find it on the models.

Nothing that a good grooming team couldn't fix though. Instead of going by what makes sense, they groom by the time of the day. Oh - it's 5 pm, temp is 42 and I should probably wait until it goes below freezing to groom but since I'm supposed to do it at 5, I'm doing it. If they had groomed this morning it would have been a different world.

Use to go night skiing there all the time, I think the guy meant to say this is Berkshires skiing, used to be like that a lot.

My childhood dog was a rescue and a mixed-breed. He was half-husky--we didn't know the other half. He'd go out in snow storms and refuse to come in. He'd just go out, dig a little snow fort, and sit there for hours. Crazy guy lived 21 years, so maybe he was on to something.

I had two yellow labs, when I opened the door and they saw snow they bolted no matter how deep, in fact the deeper is was they liked better.

You ever do one of those dog DNA test?  I ordered a wisdom panel dna kit and just got it yesterday. Will be cool to see what our rescue is. The vet thinks he is Dachshund and Chihuahua.

I did one for my rescue dog, I forget what they thought she was but they weren't even close, came back Rhodesian Ridgeback and Boston Terrier, she has the coat of a Boston and the body of the Rhodesian.

As I posted Sunday nite . This sell off is about 10 year yield rising . Rising yield is a knife cutting extreme extended historic valuations that are found everywhere in this marker . It also erodes T.I.N.A (there is not another ) option to put you money than stocks .

Jay Powell has a chance today at 10am to calm markets !

and I believe he understands the systematic importance of simply saying they are watching the yield on 10 year and they are going to extend the current fed bond buying (yes we buy our “own debt in massive numbers” ) maturities out further on the Yield curve . I.E we will buy/ cap the yield on 10 year because we have said over and over the 10 year remaining accommodative is imperative for economic recovery as it relates to interest rates to businesses and consumers . He has stated also they are committed to the recovery .

If he can’t do this stocks have a long way down And things may get ugly fast given the leverage in this marker and the Pavlovian response of buying the dip that has made folks huge money this year

if he is successful , we make new highs And we kick the can AND anyone going long this am makes money

Lithium miners and rare earth mineral miners have help up well . The lithium , nickel and graphite miners are the safest and best plays in EV explosion , the manufacturers are a crap show of over valuations and too many are entering market and all promising gigantic growth . Wouldn’t touch them

Good summary, my gold and silver stocks are  doing well, Ill check out the ones you mentioned.

I grew up In Teaneck.  Butler and the Pompton Lakes area was country and snowier.  We used to have a summer place in White Meadow Lake.  My memory of driving there in the early1950s was of a long trip-long before the interstates were built out.

The smell part was the craziest thing for me.. I had my cologne under my nose and couldn't smell it at all! The day it started coming back I was beyond excited..

My nephew got it and that was the only symptom he had other than being tired.

I plan to start a thread of posting all of our Last 4 storm totals.  THEN you will see the sadness.  Even this, with 4.25".  Most everyone North of me from part 2 and South of me in part 1 has more.  The first storm of 5" where people 20 miles from me got 18" and those 5 miles from me got 10".  The last storm of "A Poor  Man's 2/7/03" with 10" was the one great one, except it does nothing for my major statistics of Southern New England unless it was a 12" storm.  So even that was sad.

You did better than me, I don't think I even got 3" this 3 day storm.
