  3. Not enough sunshine further east to get to 90. Finished with a high of 87.4 for the day.
  4. We’ll probably takeoff around 10:30 or so once clouds are gone. 74.6 now
  5. Literally splitting hairs, I don't think most care if it's close to 80 DP or low 80s DP, it's going to feel muggy regardless for the public.
  6. I’m always of the mindset the Davis sensors don’t accurately do DP and are off a tad. I’ve noticed the DP stays high longer after the end of precipitation events especially.
  7. Got a cell popping to the N it appears in Melville. Had a couple claps of thunder but that’s it so far.
  8. Called this yesterday, always happens during heatwaves. Second day ends up hotter due to the launch pad being higher.
  9. 92/77 HI of 106. Camp visiting day is going to be torture today.
  10. You have a FARS for your temp sensor? I’m 90/79 HI of 105 now
  11. Happy I only have to work in Great Neck now, looks like NW Nassau, N Queens, BK & NYC will roast.
  12. Tell your CO that you want a patrol car with A/C that functions
  13. My backyard is all dirt currently, all the grass and bushes ripped up. Waiting on fence guy & then new sprinkler system and sod goes in. Don't mind the unicorn on my deck, haha! Currently 83.5 now.
  14. 74.2 here on the N Shore currently, I’ll probably finish around 85 or so for the day. If N wind is strong enough S Shore could over-perform, otherwise inland has best shot of being above forecasted highs IMO.
  15. Probably need a massive volcanic eruption, like Pinatubo, for that to happen again.
