  1. I went to Mack to finish degree. It was outstanding. Andover is definitely a place I'd like to end up in. I'd like further west and a little more elevation ideally.
  2. Snowiest is Tewksbury. The only problem is its part of the Billerica Triangle.
  3. Do you have an option of where? Or you looking in specific town?
  4. I feel like weather station tech should get cheaper in coming years. I cant help but think they are over priced by several hundred dollars. There's no real value option without cutting corners. And of course at my first real home I want an online one. Something I've always promised myself Id get lol
  5. What about some cold weather? That's all I want
  6. Can someone give him a timeout? It's OK if you hit permanent by mistake
  7. Just wanna chat about cciv and Lucid today. Straight cash money
  8. That was my favorite for a long time. Right up until 2015
  9. There's a lot of money to be made. But it's a lot of management and Amazon mandates a lot of your decisions. If you don't have a manager that really hustles and you trust, it's trouble. Make sure you get someone who cares and executes.
  10. Great if you need something pandemic safe, as a bridge job, or even something bigger related to driving in the long term. I'm the former. But there's a definite path to positive financial gain unlike some of the larger companies. Amazon will never be a long term option, but there is room for growth into operations. Health insurance benefits are a great plus. Pay for me a delivery driver through a dsp is $19. If you enjoy the thought of working alone, listening to sports radio, or podcasts, and getting out and active on the street, it's perfect. I would recommend looking into FedEx or ups if you enjog it. Pay is better and grows over time. There's also a huge benefit to having dot medical or cdl. They need people to truck this crap in, and they pay there is much better. So bottom line, if you want to start in something new. I loved it for that. I am heading to a utility job in the summer months, and wanted to get into shape while making modest cash. They vet as well as they can in my opinion. But it's a pandemic. Management is stretched thin. Not their fault. If you pass background test and drug test you're in. They do kick people out of training. Happened twice during my class. Amazon is constantly growing, it's an unbelievable operation once you understand fulfillment side. If you enjoy that, it's only a 10k cost to buy your own delivery service partner ownership that can make 75-300k a year.
  11. Too warm for us means potential weenie trip north. I know your hands must be tied for one of those right now though.
  12. There are worse things to have than a dry January, like a dry February. At least if I had the choice. Dry both? See you in April lol
  13. Rev kev and ray live ppv $69.69
  14. Shockingly enough, Amazon has reduced my hours delivering from five to four days. Still 36 hours of pay. But a little shocking considering current state of the world. Maybe they hired too many seasonal drivers. Inside word is they are trying to weed out some of the bad drivers. They assured me I was not one of them lol
  15. About to start delivering for Amazon right now. This will be interesting.
  16. Probably just two high school kids finding somewhere to be alone
  17. Growing up, I had one big rat that would protect all the other little rats in my yard. Now I only see bunny rabbits because of the yuppies. I moved to Dorchester, now I have rats again.
  18. For me it's family. I don't want to commute through the city to see my family. I went to HS in Cambridge though. So I do have friends on both sides of the demarcation line.
  19. Which I am. My fiance is refusing private schools too. She wants public. Which is new to me as a Boston kid. I'm fine with free school. But if my kids are good athletes, I'd consider prep. But who knows at this stage. I'm getting married in 2022 and she doesn't want go be pregnant during the wedding. So probably first kid 2023.
  20. I'll be in this 400-600k range I think, all math considered. I doubt we'll be looking at new construction now that I think about it. Probably a place in very good shape, not great. Can live in and work on a bit for 2-5 years. Fit 1 to 2 kids before upgrading. Dedham, Norwood, Braintree, Milton, Westwood, Canton, Walpole, Sharon, etc. Second home probably further away. If it's on the southern side of things, Mansfield, Easton, Foxboro, Bridgewater. If it's on the western side I like Natick, Southborough, Westborough, etc.. Not going to name all directions but you get the general distance and idea. Would love to look at some of your portfolio and work if you would direct message me?
