  1. I would estimate something like 80% of events are rain with these ocean temps. East winds more often than not on a synoptic event here. Also- it ends up often being a 'flash' scenario. Those types of events where you are warm to start and then cold west winds come in. Usually works for the interior sometimes, but we don't cool as fast, plus the west winds dry us out. If you can get a dynamic enough storm with north winds, it'll snow anywhere. But that's not easy. Can be fun early season coastal fronts though. But this time of the year, Scott and I are usually on the wrong side of them.
  2. Who wants to give me their model PW? lolz
  3. It can get a bit repetitive watching our broadcasts, especially on the weekend, for four straight hours. I keep seeing the Boston water temp staring me in the face every half hour. 52F. A good reminder that it's going to be really difficult to get any snow.
  4. I can't remember the last time we cashed in on one. Seems to always be cape ann, cape cod, or south shore.
  5. Correct- right in the rear, two fingers maybe
  6. Probably most just NE of you Stafford into Union. 1.5-2"?
  7. That's exactly what it looked like. I went through Vernon and up towards Uconn. I went by your exit and up a hill and all of a sudden there was a ton more snow in just a few hundred yards
  8. Drove from Windsor to Boston this morning for work, looked like your area had the most snow.
  9. I don't think he's working, so it might be why you don't see it in the 7 day
  10. I literally don't expect snow until like mid to late December. Anything else is a bonus. FWIW our met only had showers for Monday
  11. I made kind of an off hand comment about how I would stay much later at a Boston g2g. Got some positive responses out of people for a December g2g in Boston.
