    I mean last week this kind of was the time that Richmond bled away on the models, yet we are in or near the bullseye still this time. A good sign, perhaps? And when we aren’t in the bullseye, our Tidewater friends are and we all get double digit on the models. Maybe this one can make us all happy If Norfolk gets 20 inches and I get 10 I'll be happy. Very happy
