    Now that the outlier is on board, I expect the highlighted areas QPF output to become more smoothed as we come closer. A lot of people will see 8-16". I'd be awfully concerned on the coast.

    Wouldve liked to see the NAM hold or increase but even as is, it wouldn't take much for a lot more snow.

    Precip shield is much more compact and overall drier even though SLP isnt all that different.

    Damn if 12z NAM verified it would be a brutal watch on radar with a wall of heavy snow to the south and east.
