  1. Pretty sure it was the Northeast Mix. https://www.americanmeadows.com/wildflower-seeds/wildflower-mix/northeast-wildflower-seed-mix That whole area was clear cut only 2 yrs ago. I just through the wildflower seed by hand, but obviously missed some large swaths. Some oaks are already creeping back in, so I need to keep cutting those or they'll grow rapidly. Here's a pic during excavation.
  2. Let me look and I'll get back to you .
  3. I through down a bunch of wild flower seed last year. Supposed to be 10-15 variety throughout the season. Only a couple right now .
  4. Hydroseed has filled in quite a bit, but getting some weeds. Didn't want to fertilize last night with the weed killer since I lightly spread some starter fert only 3 wks ago .
  5. Mother nature provided enough rain so far. I hate to have to hook up sprinklers again but will probably have to .
  6. First cut on the new hydroseed last night. Disregard lower left brown spot as they was plow damage from this winter that was reseeded 3 wks ago. Overall, I'm not that impressed. Lots of thin areas and some without shoots. It's been cold until recent, so maybe it'll start growing faster IDK. A few hot days, and this will probably go to junk. Pretty much have had it with lawn projects that don't succeed very well.
  7. The best it's gonna look this summer .
  8. Take a chance. What could go wrong [emoji23] .
  9. Still thin in spots, but coming around
  10. I put down fert/crabgrass prevention 2.5 wks ago. Soils temps were near 50F (only couple days though), couple forsynthia were blooming (slowly), but then it got cold. Now I see forsynthia going wild as of last couple days. Wondering if I executed too early. Too late now, but thought I'd ask.
  11. Guys that hrdroseeded our lawn last fall used the lesco seed. So far so good. I bought a 10lb bag the other day for some touch up spots .
  12. Hydroseed starting to fill in now. Just need some sun to make it really spout. Gotta touch up the plow damage spot, lower left.
  13. I've got to get a Davis soil temp probe .
  14. Forsynthia not bloomed yet. Would it be too early to put down fertilizer with crabgrass prevention? .
  15. I can attest to this Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  16. I'm ready for another fun filled battle with the lawn projects. Fire it up yo!
  17. Euro would have been nice. Sorry Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  18. Pretty funny how we've had multiple events this winter up here, none that reached double digits. You guys have had a few events, yet score one with nearly 18". To cap it off, some places in SNE have more snow otg then places up here. The tables turn quick. Congrats, you guys deserve it.
  19. I measured 4.25" before I left for work. Still snowing, but end is near. I thought we might have snagged 6-7" based on growth and rates right at the start around 9 last night. Was probably 0.5-1"/hr stuff. Must have let up after I fell asleep.
  20. Truck looks clean as usual Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
