2009. Snow was melting fast. I think it was raining. If we could get a quarter inch of snow with the arctic air it would be real nice. Make that happen. You are a Wonderdog for Christ sake!

What can you do. We picked a hobby that we have no control over nor can we get better at it. It’s not golf or tennis. It’ll snow again. Weather is more like gambling. You win once lose 10 times after but keep coming back because you won once.

We need to embrace our new normal. Mild rainy winters with brief cold snaps and occasionally some light snow if conditions are near perfect.

It did look good. Most everyone was on board with that idea except Doug K. We can’t really fault DT although he does tend to hype early and often. If we go snowless in Dec few here called that 2-3 weeks ago.

Just read our previous thread. From page 1. a whole lotta excited about a memorable stretch of winter.. the word epic was used quite a bit. Some real weather porn images. Turned out they were just like real porn. Fantasy.
