I think we're overperforming on precipitation, just like the last two storms.

I'm being honest, I've been sitting here in McLean with 2" per hour rates for 90 minutes (most of it is melting but STILL), and DCA has been reporting rain for the last 90 minutes. My temp is 32 and theirs 36. I'm only at 400' too!
