@MillvilleWx the HRRR and NAM 3k have been consistent on a McLean/Tysons/Vienna local jack. Is this due to elevation? (12” vs 5” at DCA 10:1)

Do you think my elevation (around 400') is enough to matter for this storm? Thinking it will be as I've done pretty okay in elevation dependent events.

I woke up and realized how hopeless 8-12" is for anybody in the region except CAPE. lol

Randy is fine is Houston. I doubt Cleaveland Park Mountain gets any more than 4". So much hype for a storm for such a paltry result.
