  1. 21z HRRR might be the first run of the HRRR such that the entire storm is within its run. And dare I say the heavier precipitation is more north than 18z.
  2. Surprised nobody’s mentioning that DC and points south finally have a chance to reach December climo after several years! Pretty exciting!
  3. 18z HRRR is running, looks similar to 12z at hour 14.
  4. Hip, hip, hooray! 12z Euro is here to save the day!
  5. I hope you need a snow plow to get to the hospital
  6. Just imagine if this verified... but more seriously how is this outcome possible? Would a surprise coastal pop off?
  7. These overnight runs really do us dirty, but we always come back during the day.
  8. most modeling seems to be thinking that DC is the dividing line for an inch.
  9. we climbed the ladder but slipped on the last rung and fell on our face lol
  10. why can't we ever have every model it always has to flip flop around
  11. well we got the two major short-range models (HRRR and NAM) in exchange for the Euro.
  12. 0z GEFS 50% stronger signal than 18z
  13. 0z NAM wants to have friends as well.
  14. You are thanking the wrong person. @SnowenOutThere has reeled this in for us. I'll be able to say it's "SnowenOutThere" two days from now.
  15. 0z HRRR will make friends with lots of us. 2-3x as much snow DC and points north than 18z. And I'm 99% sure this is the right run lol
  16. HRRR is about 25-50 miles more north with slightly heavier precip.
  17. HRRR is rapid. Snow moves in at 3 AM in DC
  18. 0z HRRR i believe has a better precip shield and is more north at hour 27 but i'm not @SnowenOutThere
