Yeah I would take a cold/snow Dec/Jan all day. If we get below average temps for those 2 months we're basically guaranteed a good winter. I think the first 2 weeks of Nov are pretty warm and we slowly transition the second half to about average/slightly below.

I saw that the other day. There is a reason all long term winter outlooks show all red and orange. It's not because they have a warm bias, its because of global warming. The entire planet on average is warming at an accelerating rate.
They finally realize herd immunity is the only solution after all these vaccines taking steps back. Going to be another 1-2 years before a successful vaccine gets through to us and by that time it won't matter.
