    As a Kid I would also do 1 giant pile with all my friends in the neighborhood and made the coolest snow forts ever. Here are my cousins and my sister from the December 2001 lake effect snow event in the city of Buffalo. That snow pile was above the power lines after we got hit with 3 more feet of snow during that last event of the week. We got 7 feet of snow in 5 days that week.

    Mine currently has 1/2" of ice across the entire driveway. The last snow was overnight and went over with my car like 10 times so I think I qualify for # 3.

    I have like 100 videos on my youtube channel of chasing snow bands. I can't wait to look back when I get older and look back at all my chases!

    This is the map I'm going with. Pretty consensus 1-1.2" of QPF for first event, any lake enhancement is butter on top. ROC- 18" BUF- 16" SYR- 13"

    Euro going way SE, another big storm for most I think. 2nd storm might have some dry slot issues as secondary forms off the coast.

    I just remember the storm that went literally 150 miles further NW then modeled in nowcasting time. ROC was supposed to get like 10-12' and got 3-4". I think it was in December. That was insane.

    Euro cut back on QPF a tad .1-.2" less. Either way 10-15" for all

    The storms have been going further NW all season long last minute. This year has not been further SE, maybe most seasons but not this year.

    Lake Erie was 100% frozen 6 years ago in 2015, the coldest month in Buffalos history. I got a facebook reminder of this band that formed on Valentines day in 2015. Don't remember this but crazy, was 3" per hour. @Thinksnow18 @lakeeffectkid383 @Buffalo Bumble
