What's this? Snow accumulating in March while above freezing? What a pure meteorological miracle! It's almost as if we have gotten snow above freezing this late into March, if not later before!
0.2" and coming down good
0.2”! You gave me a woody!

It’s plain rain in Dundalk lol I can’t make this crap up

Maybe post in the Philly forum?
Honestly it would probably make more sense. There needs to be an I95 subforum from Richmond to Wilmington, or at least DC to Wilmington

Radar for the main batch looks outstanding
Outstanding? Not sure I’d go that far. Not only most modeling weakens it as it streaks east which I can see on radar

Why would the thread need to be deleted just because you don't think the system is good for you? lol
It’s not going to be good for 80% of the forum. West Va, western VA should really have a separate forum but I guess it’s not feasible
-
Can we just delete this thread? This system is the story of the winter for me, another weak storm with marginal temps where maybe I see a few flakes for a couple hours then mix with rain. Pretty sure my snow total for the season will finish under 15”
-
We have had some well timed events, hence all the school delays and closings this year despite not a ton of snow for some. Problem is, generally speaking all of our winter events have been weaker, borderline systems. Haven’t really had that cranked up coastal all season. Stinks.

But hey, any winter where we see a good 5+ events and end up with over 30” is a success in my book. Certainly not the types of winters I’m used to from my time up in the Hudson valley and my college days in buffalo, but it’s been a fairly decent winter. I think one big hurrah KU to end the season would leave people with a much better impression of the winter. Lots of close calls, nail biters, etc. Most ended up going our way, so when yesterday happens we need to get over it and realize it’s March and we live in VA, MD, WV, etc. An area wide 1+ footer would make this a solid winter
now.... onto that March 8th-14th timeframe.
Sure if that was the case for everybody...I on the other hand, haven’t even broke 15” on the season.

Did not expect the flip back. Wrote this one in the book. But, now this is puking snow!
Everything caved... roads included.
You trolling? Lol just kidding. Well good for you

At least maybe we can do this all over again on Friday

We should change the web address to crankywx.com

If only we had a high pressure in northern New York state.
Yeah then we’d probably see a sunset and dry weather

It was never going to stick on paved surfaces. I don’t know why everyone is whining like infants.
Maybe because it’s just raining at my house? And many others

25F and heavy snow currently here. Or at least in my warped mind it is. Reality says 34 and rain

NWS really cut back on their snowmap. But it’s weird, only the point shows the update at 4pm, the range doesn’t
-
With these crappy rates it’s a mix down here Dundalk.
-
Looks like rates might be a little lower over the next hour or so. I do have some grass coating here in Dundalk but no signs of any pavement caving yet.
