First 10 day airmass was the result of brutal cold Novie in which the nao had effectively trapped over us. Once the nao lifted, it’s been complete trash for south of pike.

There is a period there, on the first line...but it’s going to be a long time before Ray’s maps are modern looking and weenie friendly.

Dec had it’s moments but the best stuff was to my north. Back half of the month was pretty bad. Hope we turn the corner after the 1st week of 20 with a better PAC.

Doubt it here but a tick north on rte 8 is where I see the damage begin.

All about the pac so we’ll see if the favorable change in the LR gets closer or if it’s always 10 days away.

No doubt big ice is disruptive to life. I just don’t fear it like I used to. Mainly because I’m well prepared for it nowadays.

I don’t mind it as much anymore and the more branches come down on the property, the better...free trimming/branch removal.

When you shove every low to our west, even with good confluence, we’re usually on the wrong side of the gradient. We need to reshuffle the deck and deal a better PAC.

Seeing signs low heights in the PAC get displaced in the LR.
