  1. The 4 northern counties as usual, agree. The ice is the bigger story.
  2. I could see a 4-6” swap across CCT before the ip/zr fest.
  3. 13z hrrr already going colder so wait until go time to use it.
  4. Looks too warm at the surface so I’ll bet it cools once it gets closer into its ‘wheelhouse’.
  5. There are more wagons in the nam arsenal then a 1800’s logistics company.
  6. This shocks me. The big part of being a weenie is knowing when conditions are not conducive for travel. The Nov 2018 storm that brought this area to a standstill for evening rush hour...I left at 3pm before it started snowing. My co workers thought I was panicking...until I saw them the next morning and they said it took them 5hrs to get home. #amxweeniesknow
  7. You have to remember 10” there is like 2” here. Meaning, most of what falls there melts or runs down into the sewers. The amount of heat and CO2 emissions from cars and trucks alone is enough to melt frozen on contact and the skyscrapers block the precip to begin with. Most kids walk to school anyway as they live on top of each other. They need a lot more to cancel.
  8. Outside of urban heat islands and up here in the hills...stuff doesn’t just melt on contact.
  9. 3-5” then we encase it with ice for Santa.
  10. Ryan’s supervisor Kaitlyn had .25 to .5 ice, first alert calling for some damage.
  11. But it looks pretty and feels so damn good.
  12. Hrgem as well. SWF to Bos do well.
  13. 6z nam, rgem, and gfs ticked colder.
  14. Still a shit model, it’s all over the place.
  15. Well gfs couldn’t get any warmer so back to a colder look.
  16. Yup, no complaints. Enjoy your historic month.
  17. I was hoping you’d have a more positive weenie outlook this winter but alas, you’re the same...muthfukka...we have always known you as.
  18. Give me the bigger thump even though that translates to a longer ice event. Encase that sucker so my kid can fly down the front lawn on his plastic sled.
