  3. So @PowderBeard...what’s the ideal mixture to use for top dressing the lawn come fall for my purposes? I have an uneven lawn but it’s quite acidic. Lime applications hasn’t done much the past two years. So I’d like to core aerate and top dress. Thanks.

  22. Yea. Once my oldest is out of daycare, it’s central air and a new boiler/heating system.
  23. Another year or so until we invest in central air. Until then, portable units is the way. No need to struggle stuffing big clunky heavy boxes into windows and spending so much time and energy sealing it. I roll mine out of storage and have AC on in 30 seconds.
